General FTP Instructions by Web Browser
(ex. Internet Explorer 7 should work well)

Note: Alternatively some web browsers may support FTP file transferring (although due to the variableness in web browser versions and configurations we can not guarantee successful FTP uploads & downloads, therefore we suggest you use FTP uploading & downloading by web browser as a last resort, unless you are sure FTP to our site by your web browser works correctly).

1) In the browser window, for address type: ftp://70.89.158.49

2) If prompted for a Username type: anonymous

3) If prompted for a Password hit enter.

4) Make sure the login anonymously box is checked if given the option.

5) When Sending us File(s): Click on the Clients Incoming folder(should you receive an access is denied message do not be alarmed, for security & privacy reasons the files listed in the Clients Incoming Folder are hidden & viewing the current files in the folder are denied, however entering the folder to place files inside is permissible and allowed, so mainly disregard the message and Drag, copy, or place your file(s) named with less than 8 characters inside the Clients Incoming Folder and although you can't see them in the folder we will be able to).

6) When Receiving File(s) from us: After logging in, Click on the Clients Outgoing folder. Your file(s) for download should be inside. Drag, copy, or place your file(s) into a folder located on your computer.

Note: Please call us when you have finished uploading to our FTP server, in order for us to handle your file(s) in a timely fashion. Also, due to the capacity of our FTP bandwidth, it takes approximately 1 minute to transfer a 1 MB file. Please factor upload times accordingly to allow for enough turnaround time.
