Metal Imaging
Our metal materials are divided into two groups, W-type (for weather-proof material) and P-type (for metals that can be processed or conformed to create different shapes), based on its characteristics and comes in four metal selections that range in thickness from 22 gauge to 18 gauge.
W-type Metals
The W-type metals are ideal for outdoor graphic displays as they are weather proof and can be used for outdoor signage and flooring. The different components in this metal are:
White aluminum offers ease of use and a bright appearance when combined with the white base and the dye sublimation method. This material is UV, heat and weather resistant and is ideal for outdoor billboards.
White stainless steel is ideal for building materials, flooring, wall panels and interior displays that require large scale productions.
White stainless steel matte has good visibility despite its solid finish and can be used for floor panels, displays, building materials and wall panels.
Stainless steel matte is a good option for flooring as it is slip resistant and the images are protected from dirt, UV and the weather. Possible uses are for elevator doors and customized household electronic appliances as images can be encapsulated within the metal layers and then wrapped around the equipment.
White steel is one of the lightest metal pieces we have and is ideal for outdoor signs and display boards and like the
P-type Metals
The P-type metals are designed more for indoor products such as electronic appliances or steel lockers as the material can be processed and contoured easily. The different components in this metal are:
White steel gloss is suitable for a wide range of consumer and industrial equipment that can be bent, pressed or drilled into different shapes after encapsulating the images using the HDTE method. This type of metal can be used for lockers, steel doors and indoor metal furniture.
Stainless steel gloss is a combination of clear transparent dye and stainless steel and is ideal for electronic appliances and elevator doors.
